We, at Justbrazil, offer the possibility of exchange or refund on both sale and non-sale items! However, some costs do apply because handling packaging and shipping is quite a cost:

1. The product and its packaging have not been used or damage, it is in a saleable condition with the cloth tag.
2. The product is accompanied by all necessary documents to prove transaction.
3. Notification to us up until to strictly 7 days upon product delivery.
- If there is nothing that you may find to replace your product with, you may return the product and receive an up to 12 month credit-note for your next purchase.
- Replacements and refunds will be processed after the product has been received, checked and accepted. We have the right to refuse if the product is not in its original condition.
- Any item from the initial order can be replaced up to 2 more times.
- In case a customer wishes a refund from an initial order that met the free-shipping requirements and was sent free, initial shipping costs and return fee will be held from the refund.
- If a customers ordered 2 items and wishes a refund on just one item and the final total order does not meet the free-shipping requirements, initial shipping costs and return fee will be held from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after product has been accepted and can be only remitted to the initial way of payment.
