All orders to Greece are shipped with ACS and in Europe and to the Rest of the World with DHL.

– All orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday until 15.00. Above you may see the cost and the time of delivery depending on your country.
– Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
– In small villages or islands, it always takes longer to deliver than in capital and big cities.
– If you are not in home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the courier service to advise how and where the delivery may be collected. In some cases/countries your signature may be required.
– Although we do have the products in stock, some times due to various reasons (ie weather conditions, strikes, incorrect contact information) may delay your order.
- Deliveries outside EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility when they apply.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES FOR COVID-19
With great sense of responsibility in order to ensure safety we have:
- Taken all necessary hygienic precautionary measures for our staff and working environment.
- The physical store will remain open only for handling online orders. For safety reasons, online orders will be shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday until further notice.
- Cash on Delivery payments are not supported in order to avoid handling cash.
These measures could cause a small delay of an extra day and we would appreciate your understanding!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located on your despatch confirmation email together with the tracking link.

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS
We, at Justbrazil, offer the possibility of exchange or refund on both sale and non-sale items! However, some costs do apply because handling packaging and shipping is quite a cost:

1. The product and its packaging have not been used or damage, it is in a saleable condition with the cloth tag.
2. The product is accompanied by all necessary documents to prove transaction.
3. Notification to us up until to strictly 7 days upon product delivery.
- If there is nothing that you may find to replace your product with, you may return the product and receive an up to 12 month credit-note for your next purchase.
- Replacements and refunds will be processed after the product has been received, checked and accepted. We have the right to refuse if the product is not in its original condition.
- Any item from the initial order can be replaced up to 2 more times.
- In case a customer wishes a refund from an initial order that met the free-shipping requirements and was sent free, initial shipping costs and return fee will be held from the refund.
- If a customers ordered 2 items and wishes a refund on just one item and the final total order does not meet the free-shipping requirements, initial shipping costs and return fee will be held from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after product has been accepted and can be only remitted to the initial way of payment.
